Tia Stauffer

Tia is currently enrolled at Arcadia University where she is pursuing her Master’s in dual concentrations in Child and Family Therapy as well as Trauma Therapy. Tia earned her Bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2012. Tia has over 8 years of clinical experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with kids, adolescents, and their families.Tia’s main areas of clinical focus include working with teens facing anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+/gender identity challenges, emotional dysregulation, ADHD/Neurodivergence, self-esteem/empowerment, and relational difficulties. She seeks to create a space to help her clients get attuned to their authentic selves and discover what a life of fulfillment means to them. Tia utilizes a humanistic approach and prioritizes a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Tia believes autonomy, social support and sense of community are some of the strongest conduits of change.In her free time, Tia enjoys being active, being outdoors, listening to live music, trying new things and spending time with loved ones. Tia is an avid reader, artist, Philly sports fan and animal lover. Her pride and joy are her 2 cats, Rhaenys & Meraxes.Tia is now accepting new clients.
