“Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s degree with dual concentrations in Child and Family Therapy, as well as Trauma Therapy at Arcadia University. I earned my Bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2012.

I am a graduate level intern with over 8 years of clinical experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and their families.

My primary areas of clinical focus include teens with anxiety, LGBTQIA+/gender identity challenges, couples/families with relational difficulties, and trauma work. I also specialize in working with adults who were raised by emotionally immature parents.

Looking through a trauma-informed lens, I utilize a humanistic, client-centered approach that integrates components of dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and psychodynamic theory/attachment theory.

I seek to create a safe space to help clients attune to their authentic selves, so they can discover what a life of fulfillment means to them. That said, I believe autonomy, empowerment, safe relationships, and social support are some of the strongest conduits of change.

Being active and outdoors, as well as listening to live music, trying new things and spending time with loved ones is what I enjoy most in my free time. I’m also an avid reader, artist, Philly sports fan, and animal lover. My pride and joy are my cats, Rhaenys and Meraxes.

I am currently accepting new clients.”
