“A master’s level pre-licensed clinician offering individual, couple, and family sessions, as well as group workshops, I’m currently pursuing my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology— with a concentration in Assessment— at Chestnut Hill College.

After completing my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Creative Arts, with a specialization in Art Therapy and Wellness, at Lebanon Valley College in 2021, I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling— with a concentration in Child and Family Therapy— from Arcadia University in 2023.

My clinical focus and experience include working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and self-harm. And, appreciating that each individual’s personality and goals are unique, I customize interventions and incorporate a variety of approaches— from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and psychodynamic theory, to art and emotion-focused therapy.

And, not only are my recommendations based upon each individual’s objectives, but also to those of the family/support system. Overall, my intention is to create and maintain a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore the roots of their stressors, so they can achieve their full potential and live their best lives.

In addition to my professional passion, I enjoy painting, drawing, spending time with friends and family, and my dog Sunflower!”
