“With over a decade of experience in childcare, and in child and family education— paired with my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, with dual concentrations in Family/Child, and Trauma-Informed Therapy— I’m committed to providing compassionate care to children and families.

I’ve worked closely with children of all ages on navigating anxiety, behavioral issues, academic struggles, and social difficulties. My professional experience also includes supporting parents and families with strengthening their relationships, enhancing communication, and developing effective parenting strategies.

My approach is founded upon ‘meeting each client where they are’ in a warm, engaging environment that supports building trusting therapeutic relationships that facilitate growth. In addition, I keep myself informed of the latest research and best practices in the field, so I can provide the most current, proven therapy options to the children and families with whom I’m collaborating.

Growth is integral to both my professional and personal life, which is why I love gardening and creating new recipes with the foods I’ve grown. My family, friends, pets and music fill me with joy and continue to foster my growth, too!

I am currently accepting new clients.”
