Sierra Sheriff, MA

Master's Level Clinician

Sierra is a master’s-level clinician offering individual, couples, and family sessions, along with leading various group therapy workshops. Sierra obtained her M.A. in Counseling with the concentration of Child & Family Therapy from Arcadia University in May 2023 and earned her B.S. in Psychology and Creative Arts with a specialization in Art Therapy & Wellness from Lebanon Valley College in May 2021. She is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College, following the concentration of Couple & Family Therapy.

Her main areas of clinical focus include working teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and self-harm. Sierra has experience working with young adults through similar challenges and daily stressors. Sierra believes each client’s experiences are unique, so her treatment incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, art therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.  Sierra personalizes her interventions based on the needs of the client or family. Sierra’s goal is to maintain a safe space for her clients to explore the roots of their stressors in order to achieve their full potential and live their best lives!

In Sierra's free time, she enjoys painting and drawing. You can also find her playing with her dog Sunflower and also coaching competitive cheerleading!
